Repairs of all kinds of freight wagons of standard as well as of special construction is the core of the company‘s activities. All requested sorts and scopes of periodic and non periodic repairs of rolling stock are carried out according to binding rules and regulations of the concerned rolling stock keeper.
Wagon repairs are technologically organized in a line mode and divided to particular workshops for:
- underframe repair
- wagon body repair
- brake parts repair
- surface treatment and painting
In order to satisfy all demands of our customers, special projects are executed in separated pits. Removable parts of construction subassemblies like bogies, buffing gear, brake distributor units are repaired in specialised repair lines. Integral part of the wagon repair process is pressure and non-destructive testing, that is carried out on special workstations by independent bodies. Company hardware and technology enable comprehensively provide for customer demands for surface preparation in a modern grid blasting plant or special surface treatment and painting. As for railway wagons repairs, we hold certificates granted by Slovak Railways (ZSSK), Czech Railways (ČD), German Railway (DB), Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) and VPI.
